P
1st meal
It was very delicious & fresh & didn't take too long which was good
Everyone gave back fair feedback and advice for next time &
they loved it!`
2nd meal
It tasted divine.
everyone had great comments about the meal.
3rd meal
I was more organised than last time.
I had great fun and learned how to make bread. I only spent just about 2 hours making the entrée, main course and dessert.
my price budget to spend was $40 and I only spent $30!
M
1st meal
the flies wanted to land on the tortilla wraps so I had to cover them with tea towels.
It was hard to cut all the fillings to go in the burgers.
I left a box of frozen patties out in the sun and went soft.
Some Burger patties broke into pieces on the BBQ
2nd meal
It took 4 and a 1/2 hours for me to finish the 2nd meal we had.
The sauce in the pasta bake was runny and it tasted bland.
3rd meal
My feet got sore from walking to countdown and back with all the groceries.
I
1st meal
I learnt to use the BBQ without M&D helping me
2nd meal
It took ages to whip the whipping cream.
the recipe said it only served 4 people right in the middle of cooking it and
when it came out we didn't finish it! I probably added another cup of pasta....
3rd meal
most of the stuff I needed were on special:)
I learnt how to use the bread maker.

glue my arm to my ear while breathing
pull my arms through faster to get more speed

This is my Pride service and giving. I had to make a cake for someone in need.
I chose Mrs Harrison because her mother is very unwell in hospital.
cake.jpg
CHOCOLATE CAKE
350 g butter softened
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
6 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup of boiling water
4 cups plain baking flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after adding each one.
Dissolve cocoa in the boiling water.
Sift flour and baking powder together. Add to mixture alternately with cocoa mixture.
Pour mixture into a greased round silicone cake tin.
Bake at 180c for 55 minutes – test with a skewer to make sure none of the mixture is sticking to it.
Leave in tin for 10 minutes before turning out onto a cooling rack.
When cold, ice with chocolate icing.

Chocolate icing
115g Butter
1 ½ Cups of icing sugar
2 Tsbp Cocoa
2 Tsbp Milk
¼ tsp Vanilla Essence
Soften the butter and cream with sifted icing sugar and cocoa.
Add enough milk and add vanilla essence to create a soft spreadable icing.

P
- I learnt to use mum's electric mixer.
- I had to read instructions
- I hope it will make the Harrison family happy.

M
- I made some mistakes - I spilt some milk.
- Cleaning up

I
- I'd tried to make cakes before, however one got stuck in the cake tin, the second one was small, dry and crumbly.
- I had to double the recipe
